Intermittent error while calling a RFC destination which calls an external program, for example tp as below.
In RFC trace you can find the followings:
Error RFCIO_ERROR_SYSERROR in abrfcpic.c : 1887
FUNCTION: 'RfcExecProgramKernel'
RfcRaiseErrorMessage cmd could not be started by OS (rc = 1)
PROG =/usr/sap/XXX/DVEBMGSXX/exe/tp xxxxxxx.xxxxx.com sapgwxx
