Errors 16749, 16750 and 5849 may occur during increasing "number of user connections"

The number of file descriptors per ASE process required to support the
configuration resulting from the value 444 of the configuration parameter 'number of user connections' exceeds the limit 1024 by 1.

Server 'TESTSERVER', Procedure 'sp_configure', Line 1357
The maximum number of file descriptors per ASE process is calculated by the SMP edition in threaded mode using:
(number of user connections + number of remote sites + max cis remote connections + number of java sockets + max number network listeners + max native threads per engine + overhead (16)).
