Symptom

Oracle connection is shutdown with the following error:

ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(103(1) xxxx.xxx) - dsiqmint.c(3262) Message from server: Message: 12899, State 0, Severity 16 -- 'ORA-12899: value too large for column "<SID>"."<encrypted_tbl>"."pwd" (actual: 34, maximum: 20)
