2049794 - Changing Exchange Profile properties in Java-only

• You need to change or add a new Exchange Profile property in 7.31, 7.4 or 7.5 Java-only PI systems.
  E.g.: com.sap.aii.ibdir.core.ctstransport.auto
• If you attempt to access the Exchange Profile via the old ABAP location or direct URL you may get an error like:
  dbconnect.prop: failed to load properties file .\dbconnect.properties
  dbconnect.prop: failed to load properties file

• SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.3
• SAP NetWeaver 7.4
• SAP NetWeaver 7.5
