Symptom

  • After Upgrading to Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 in transaction Solman_setup, in the Technical Monitoring Guided Procedure, in Configure Infrastructure, Step 2.7 Update Content has a red traffic light.
  • Active Content: None and is red rated.
  • New Content Available is No.
  • Refresh does not update new Content Available.
  • The log shows the last SP level's content was applied.
