2049851 - Report RPUP2D00/RPUP1D00 does not display cluster B2/B1 to delete

Symptom

When running report RPUP2D00/RPUP1D00 to delete incorrect records in cluster B2/B1, customer got message EI 057 "No data was found for the selection criteria".
