2050689 - Stock Difference in Stock Overview and Identified Stock Overview Screen

Stock difference appears for product ABC in Stock overview and Identified Stock overview screen. For Example: For product ABC, in the supply planning work center on-hand stock appears in Stock overview screen as 150.00 ea. However in Identified Stock overview screen (For Identified Stock ID PQR), on-hand stock appears as 149.75 ea.

1. Go to the Supply Planning work center
2. Go to the Common Tasks section
3. Select Stock Overview
4. Search for Product ID ABC
5. On-Hand stock appears as 150 ea
6. Now select the link Identified Stock ID PQR
7. In the Identified Stock Overview screen, On Hand Stock appears as 149. 75 ea

In the Business Configuration work center, you have maintained the decimals places for unit of measure EA as Zero and hence the stock overview rounds off to the next value. If you want system to show the on hand stock with decimal places, please maintain the decimal places to 2 in Business Configuration work center. Then you will be able to see the correct stock values.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view
3. Click the button Open Activity List
4. Select Fine Tuning
5. Select the activity Quantities and Units of Measure
6. Select the link Create and Maintain Trading Units
7. Select the unit Each and set the decimal value to 2
8. Select Save and Close
