2050742 - Optdiag is giving the following error: Can't get localized line label. - SAP ASE

While trying to import statistics into one server to another they are getting the Error:

     Range selectivity:                                                         default used (0.33)
#    Range selectivity:                                                         default used (0.33)
     In between selectivity:                                                    default used (0.25)
Can't get localized line label.
Server Message: MYSERVER - Msg 0, Level 10, State 1:
Configuration option changed. ASE need not be rebooted since the option is dynamic.
Server Message: SYBTESTASE - Msg 0, Level 10, State 1:
Changing the value of 'allow updates to system tables' does not increase the amount of memory Adaptive Server uses.

Optdiag failed.  Check for error messages above.

If the location of the problem is not clear, consider rerunning Optdiag
in input mode with trace flag 6 to help locate the problem.
