SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2051278 - “Unable to set the ancestors com.businessobjects.report.web.json.JSONException: JSONObject["ancestors"] is not a JSONArray” error is thrown while viewing the Crystal Report using BusinessObjects Java SDKs.

Symptom

When we view the crystal report using BusinessObjects Java SDKs, below error messages is captured in the web application server logs:

"Unable to set the ancestors com.businessobjects.report.web.json.JSONException: JSONObject["ancestors"] is not a JSONArray".

However there is no exception occurred on the Crystal Report Viewer where crystal report is displayed.
