2052494 - After creating a new sharepoint site collection, accessing the new site gives a "404 Content not found" error

After installing the Integration option for Microsoft SharePoint (IOMS) on to a SharePoint Server 2010 SP2 (64 bit) farm, and restarting the CMS as directed - 

• A new site using the SAP BusinessObjects Site Definition template can be created, however, there is no default content created.
• When the site designer attempts to log into the SharePoint site, he gets a "404 Content not found" error. 
• The site was created in the SharePoint farm just as any other site would be created.
