2052536 - User cannot login to CMC without any error appeared

Symptom

  • User cannot login to Central Management Console (CMC) without any error appeared.
  • User cannot logon to BI Launch Pad, Central Configuration Manager (CCM) either.
  • There is no error message in logon page, just no response.
  • CMS.exe and other BO related processes can be found in Windows Task Manager.
  • Restart CMS database can not resolve this issue.
  • Restart Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) can not resolve this issue.
