2052538 - Saving workspace failed because of a missing root folder

Symptom

  • Error when trying to save a workspace including a hyperlink with a target action to run any package in the Process Templates in BPC NW 10.1 web client
  • Error: "Saving the workspace failed because of a missing root folder; contact your system administrator"
  • Run the program UJA_DATA_CHECKER in transaction SE38, It shows the following in the log:

                UJA_DATA_CHECK E 049 The resource for alias PUBLIC is missing
                UJA_DATA_CHECK E 049 The resource for alias PRIVATE is missing
                UJA_DATA_CHECK E 049 The resource for alias TEAMS is missing
                UJA_DATA_CHECK E 049 The resource for alias FAVORITES is missing
                UJA_DATA_CHECK E 049 The resource for alias BPF is missing
                UJA_DATA_CHECK E 049 The resource for alias ROOT is missing
