Performance issues such as long data loads, optimization (lite/light, incremental, full), connectivity, customizing, and reporting are outside the SAP Product Support scope maintenance agreement which can be reviewed in SAP Note 83020.
In Product Support, our mission is to assist with any errors or bugs that come with our standard delivered software. Please note that performance issues can be caused from hardware, network, configuration or software implementation, which requires a detailed analysis that is done through an SAP services engagement.
As a courtesy, Product Support can make some suggestions and attempt to assist, however we will recommend that you contact your SAP account executive to engage SAP Services for further guidance and assistance.
SAP Product Support offers a BPC best practice performance tuning guide for BPC 7.5 & BPC 10.X and an EPM Add-in performance best practices guide. Please note that these are generalized settings and each customer's installation is unique and may require additional configuration and performance tuning changes.
