Symptom
- The server status in CMC toggles between running, stopped, initializing continuously.
- This happens randomly with all the servers even when the system is not accessed by any users.
- The BI server logs show the below traces:-
Performance or Resource Data Detected
***LOG Q0I=> NiIConnectSocket: connect (10055: WSAENOBUFS:No buffer space available) [nixxi.cpp 2898]
