2053133 - Unable to install EPM Add-in with Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus Release

Symptom

When trying to install the EPM Add-in with Office 365 ProPlus, the following error message occurs 'The following components are required: - Microsoft Visual Basic for Application 2013 or later' and the EPM Add-in will not complete the installation.

Environment

EPM Add-in Support Package 18 (EPM Add-in SP18)
Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus

NOTE: Office 365 ProPlus is a supported Microsoft Office version as of the EPM Add-in SP18 release.
