2053527 - The Sybase Control Center (SCC) service fails to start - SUP

The Sybase Control Center (SCC) service fails to start.  However, all other Sybase Unwired Platform services start correctly and without error.

The following stack trace appears in the %SCC-3_2\log\agent.log file:
