You are using the Oracle Fail Safe(OFS) feature in Microsoft Failover Cluster (MSFS) environment to
manage the cluster resources(eg. Single-instance Oracle Database, Cluster Disk, IP address, Network name..).
When you try to start the Database, the startup may fail sometimes. Then the failover occures.
However, you can't find any error from the alert.log.
