2054261 - When using the UJBR program to restore an Environment in Business Planning and Consolidation 10.0 NW this is failing with an error "Restoring across product releases is not supported.".

Symptom

When attempting to restore a UJBR backup that was created within a Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) 754 system to a BPC 800/801 system, the error message "Restoring across product releases is not supported" is being generated and the UJBR restore fails to complete therefore the Environment/ApplicationSet is not restored.
