Symptom

When attempting to connect to Microsoft Native Certificate Authority the connectivity test fails.
The following error results in the Afaria server log:

API0000: Fatal Exception: CCertAdmin::GetCAProperty: The parameter is incorrect.

On the Certificate Authority page in the Afaria Admin UI, the following is displayed:

! Unavailable (verify server address and credentials)
