2055129 - "Server is suspended" error and XSDataServer.exe crashes

Symptom

  • Non-iOS devices show a "Server is suspended" error when the user tries to manually connect
  • Devices may not check in on schedule
  • Enrollments may fail
  • The Afaria Server log contains XRS6008 and XRS6004 errors
  • The XRS6008 errors contain the following text:

XRS6008: ADO Data Access Error Occurred.  ADO Error:
Code = 0x80040e2f
(Not a native OS error)
ADO Code meaning = IDispatch error #3119
Source = Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Description = Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_A_DEVICE_ACCESS'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.A_DEVICE_ACCESS'. The duplicate key value is **************.

  • The Application Event log shows:
