2055416 - Mobiliser 5.1.3 - "We are experiencing techinical difficulties. Please Try again Later" error after a certain non usage time

Symptom

We use Mobiliser v 5.1 SP03 in RHEL as per standard architecture as mentioned in the installation guide available on the sybase infocenter. Initial we have deployed custom bundles on this server and it was running fine.

After certain duration (some days/months) when we tried to restart the server and access the portal we have the error displayed on the screen. "We are experiencing techinical difficulties. Please Try again Later."- Screenshot attached.

When we check the log on the app and web server the following error messages are logged and same is attached zip.

Snippets from the logs: ie web-ui.log:

"POST request for "https://mob-aps- 1:8443/mobiliser/rest/prefs/getPreferences" resulted in 401 (Bad credentials)" "Could not resolve [null://mob-aps-1:8444/mobiliser/management] to a WebServiceMessageSender"
