Symptom
- If the user has logged on to ECC in for example Portuguese (language PT) documents do not transfer to GTS.
- User is expecting a GTS pop-up in ECC when saving a GTS relevant document such as a Sales Order, Purchase Order or Delivery.
- Document is saved but no pop-up is produced and there is no sign of the document in GTS.
- Transfer to GTS has not taken place.
