2056595 - BI 4.x: While displaying List of values of date type, Web Intelligence groups dates for more than 10 years ago in ambiguous way

Symptom

  • While displaying List of values (LOV) of date type, Web Intelligence groups dates of more than 10 years ago in ambiguous way, such that: 
    • dates from the same year can appear in different groups
    • a border of groups overlaps so dates of year are mixed up
  • Issue appeared after the LOV had grown past Web Intelligence's ability to display it, see the picture below:
