Schedule condition STATUS_CHANGE of action SMIN_STD_MAIL_REPORTER "E-Mail to Reporter at Status Change" is missing after upgrading to SP10.

The schedule condition was previously:

     (&CRM Service Request.User Status& [*] E0003++++++++

Or   &CRM Service Request.User Status& [*] E0005++++++++)

and &STATUS_CHANGE& = X

But in SP10, it becomes:

      &CRM Service Request.User Status&[*] E0003++++++++

Or &CRM Service Request.User Status&[*] E0005+++++++++
