2057842 - BI 4.0/4.1 installation crashes with sapjvm error

Symptom

BI 4.0/4.1 (Enterprise/Edge/IPS -Mini BOE) installation completes with error (the installation is incomplete)

The setupengine.log contains below SAP JVM crash log

Invalid layout of java.net.InetAddress at holder
