2057927 - Link "Confirmed" disppears in Menu list for /SAPSRM/SUS_ORD_COLL_USER_EHP1 role user with Chinese Logon

Symptom

For the access user, role : /SAPSRM/SUS_ORD_COLL_USER_EHP1 is assigned. When accessing SUS system with Chinese language logon, in the menu list , under "Purchaser Order" , the link of sub-item "Confirmed" disappears, only text displays instead.
