2059063 - Platform Search does not index the documents in BI 4.x

• Unable to perform a search in BILaunchpad.
• Error message: "An error occurred while searching: Index is not ready. Please try again later (PSS 01004). (PSS 01004)" is displayed.
• Platform Search does not index InfoObjects or only indexes small amount of InfoObjects.
• The Number of indexed documents stays at 0 or a low number (e.g. 20).
• The issue cannot be solved by performing the following actions:
  Delete CMS DB locks and restart the Server Intelligence Agent (SIA).
  Select Platform Metadata as Level of indexing and rebuild index.
  Back up and delete "Lucene Index Engine" and "workplace" folder and let them recreate again.
  Stop and disable all other AdaptiveProcessingServers with Platform Search Services on, create and start a new AdaptiveProcessingServer with Platform Search Service only on a full install node.
