The upgrade of Dashboard Design from 4.1 SP02 to 4.1 SP04 is not displayed in Programs and features list in Windows control panel

• SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards Design 4.1
• Windows Seven

1. Install full version of SAP Dashboard Design 4.1 SP2.
2. Upgrade Dashboard Design to 4.1 SP04 by applying the patch.

This is specific to some customer environment. It was not reproduced in house. It might be some registry keys not updated during the first upgrade.

Solution 1:

Run the patch twice, the first Run will uninstall the patch 04 and the second Run will install it again

Solution 2

Uninstall the current version and install the Dashboard Design 4.1 SP04 full build
