Symptom

While viewing some of the Crystal Reports in BI Launchpad, migrated from BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 to SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.0 , an error is thrown : "The viewer could not process an event. Not enough memory for operation. Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
