2061159 - How to change default transaction type of change request when using check-out function in SOLMAN_DIRECTORY

Symptom

You activated "Check-out/Check-in" functionality with "Using Change request management"(under tab:solution settings).

Then, when you use the check-out function and try to create a Request for Change,you find the transaction type is not what you want.
