  • Client process unexpectedly disconnected
  • Signal 11 message, followed by a stacktrace in the Sybase ASE errorlog

  • The stacktrace typically contains following sequence of function calls:

mda_flush_iostats()
sqt_deallocate()
css_deallocate()
lava_last_chance_cleanup()
