2061577 - SGEN errors out with 500+ errors in recent SAP_BASIS versions

SGEN errors out with 500+ errors either during upgrades/enhancement packages installations or when running SGEN standalone.

The system is on a SAP_BASIS version more recent than the one mentioned in note 1630356, therefore this Note cannot be applied to this case.

The exact number of errors vary, but they're always higher than 500. Similar to the following:

Repeating SGEN (or Initializing it) does not help. You can't proceed.
