Symptom

  • You have defined your survey as "Publicly Available" in the SAP GUI transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE(first screenshot), or directly in the WEB UI(second screenshot)

  • This is not working as expected because when you open the survey, you are prompted to insert logon data.
