How to insert variables into the email notification message body. This would include the correct syntax to use as well as a resulting email message.
When adding some Information to an e-mail by using variable, those were filled.
For example: use the expression _WI_OBJECT_ID in the body of e-mails.
Title: '&_WI_OBJECT_ID.CASE_TITLE&'.
Created by: '&_WI_OBJECT_ID.CREATED_BY&'
The issue found here: "When define the variable manually, for some reason the "&" symbol gets wrapped by "<" and ">" symbols automatically when it save the change to the transport."
