Backup with NetWorker external backup tool fails.

A writing attempt failed an medium \\.\pipe\SE0. The system call returned the error code  232:The pipe is being closed. . 0 bytes from 65536 requested bytes were written.
ACTION:
Contact your system administrator. Show him the error message which points to an operating system configuration error and then contact the database support if your system administrator can not fix the error.
