- When using hardcopy and PowerDesigner the PC freezes and need to reboot.
- PowerDesigner and HardCopy windows are blinking and both tasks keep switching to each other in a loop on taskbar.
- You cannot use PowerDesigner anymore until Hardcopy.exe is killed.
- It may be working fine if using the PowerDesigner 16.5 Legacy Shell by executing pdlegacyshell16.exe instead of pdshell16.exe.
