2063037 - EU_IMPORT: Cannot execute '/<SUM>/abap/exe/R3load': Permission denied error

Symptom

During phase EU_IMPORT1 of upgrade using the SUM tool, see following errors :

ORA-43851: LOB feature unsupported below compatible 11.0.0

Directory: <DIR_PUT>/log
