2063079 - "Child has signaled an exec error (-138)" and "Permission Denied" - Error to extract SWPM

Symptom

When you execute the installer Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM), it crashes during the extraction with the error below:

$ /SWPM # ./sapinst
[==============================] - extracting... done!
iauxsysex.c:308: exec(/tmp/sapinst_exe.99999.9999999999/sapinst) error: Permission denied

iauxsysex.c:365: child /tmp/sapinst_exe.99999.9999999999/sapinst (pid 28781) has crashed. Executable directory
is /tmp/sapinst_exe.99999.9999999999. Contact Support.

iaextract.c:1097: child has signaled an exec error (-138). Keeping directory /tmp/sapinst_exe.28780.1409794192
