2063088 - Dump with error MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN in RPM_DX_ITEM or other RPM_DX transactions

Symptom

In transaction RPM_DX_ITEM (or another RPM_DX* transaction) you click on "Display DX Layout" or you upload an Excel file. The system terminates with MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN dump.
