2063132 - SSO fails without apparent cause - no MYSAPSSO2 ticket created

Symptom

After configuring SSO on your environment, it fails. By analyzing a trace such as HTTPWatch, you can't find the MYSAPSSO2 ticket being created on the ticket issuing system.
