2063333 - Hide the link to SAP/Enterprise Store in the masthead area - Release 7.30, 7.31

Introduced by SAP Note 1798438, addition of a link pointing to SAP Store or to an Enterprise Store has been enabled from NW7.3 SP9 and NW7.31 SP7. A link pointing to the SAP store has been added to the masthead section of the classic, ajax and light framework pages.
The configuration of the link includes the ability to:
1. Show or hide the link
2. Set the URL of the link
3. Set the title of the link

To avoid confusion, you would like to hide the link to SAP Store/Enterprise Store in the masthead area for the end users.
