2064031 - WDA: Help Center is not opening in Side Panel

Symptom

  • When trying to open Help Center, it is not opening in Side Panel, despite of the fact that WDHELPCENTERDISPLAY = SIDE_PANEL parameter is configured either in WD_GLOBAL_SETTING or as an application parameter.

  • The problem also occurs in SAP standard test application WDR_TEST_SIDE_PANEL.

 

Expected behavior:

Help Center in Side Panel

 

Actual behavior:

Help Center in new window
