2064298 - Propose outstanding quantity returns zero

Symptom

You are processing a purchase order with an item having a predefined delivery schedule. For example Item 1 with a total of 15 quantities has the following schedule:

first delivery date: 01.11.2014 quantity: 9

second delivery date: 01.12.2014 quantity: 6

You are trying to create a shipping notification document for this PO item on the 01.10.2014, but pressing the propose outstanding quantity button returns zero quantity.
