2065333 - Some Data Quality Reports are coming back showing zero records processed, even though records were processed - Data Services

Symptom

  • Canadian SERP reports come back empty.
  • AMAS report shows zero records processed even though Australia records were processed.
  • Upgraded from an older version to 4.2 SP2 Patch1 and this issue started occurring.
  • Run many records through and the SERP or AMAS come back with 0 record count.
  • Other Data Quality reports like the Address Summary report show the correct record counts.
