- SMP (SAP Mobile Platform) is installed with SQL Anywhere version 16.0.0.1922 or earlier
- Start the Mobilink Profiler and connect to the Mobilink server
- Note that shortly after monitoring begins the Mobilink Profiler disappears / crashes and the task manager show the process no longer running
- hs_err_pid### files can be found in the BIN directory
