Symptom

SAP Replication Server (SRS) reported the following in the errorlog after 'alter replication definition' was executed multiple times:

      The DSI thread for database 'xxx.xxx' is started.

      ERROR #5204 DSI EXEC(xxx(x) xxx.xxx) - generic /dsi/dsiutil.c(4798)

         Error from unpacker or parser. See previous message for more information. DSI will retry.
