2066273 - Not able to fill prompt values for crystal report based on bex query in BI Launchpad BI 4.1

Symptom

  • Cannot fill prompt values in crystal report, while refreshing in BI Launchpad.
  • Prompt list not appearing while clicking on dropdwon list while refreshing (refer below screenshot)

Issue.JPG

  • In CR4E and Bex Analyzer, able to fill the prompts.
  • Based on the same bex query, webi reprots are working fine in BI Launchpad.
