2066406 - Internal Server Error 500 Connection timed out in EPM Add-in

• Errors when saving data through an input form / template /schedule / report in the EPM Add-in client after 30 minutes:
  "Internal Server Error 500 Connection timed out"
  "Failed to save data
  Framework message:
  The server did not provide a meaningful reply; this might be caused by a contract mismatch, a premature session shutdown or an internal server error"
• Other possible error message:
  "Failed to save data
  Framework message:
  The HTTP request has exceeded the allotted timeout of 00:29:59:964. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout"
• A BADI or several scripts are included in the 'DEFAULT.LGF' logic script which explains the long runtime.
• The connection to EPM Add-in is done using the link 'EPM Office Add-in Excel' from the BPC NW 10.0 / 10.1 or BPC MS 10.0 / 10.1 web client.
