2066553 - PropertySheet does not contain valid property data

When trying to start the Application Server Java you receive this error on the dev_jstart file:

You might also face problems to display the VM parameters in the ConfigTool. If you go to:

•  ConfigTool > cluster-data > template > instance ID<number> > tab VM Parameters

The error that could be displayed on the ConfigTool would be this:

Error loading java parameters from level: instance; vendor: '<VM vendor>'; os: '<os_and_architecture>'
