2066920 - Receiving DATA_TO_MEMORY_NOT_POSSIBLE when testing connection to BW in IDT for some users intermittently

• When connecting to BW in IDT or web intelligence receive intermittent errors such as DATA_TO_MEMORY_NOT_POSSIBLE
• Other errors observes are Exception: connection closed without message (CM_NO_DATA_RECEIVED). (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)
• The issue is the same when using SSO or pre-defined BW credentials. the problem appears to be related to specific users accounts in BW
• To note this issue was using a SAP ERP system which has a different connection path.
